What are the P&P costs?
As of June 2014 shipping costs for both UK and international orders are not included in the price of items and will be added on at the checkout and so will depend on what/how many items you order. I try to keep the postage/shipping costs as low as possible for you.

UK orders will be posted 1st class.

If you are only placing a small order but would like your package to be trackable/signed for this option is available at an additional cost. Please email me before placing your order to arrange this.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-5 days after payment has been received.

International orders will take longer to arrive and delivery times will vary depending on which country you live in. Unfortunately the delivery time is out of my control however please email me if you are concerned that your order has not arrived.

Can I return an item?
Unfortunately I am currently unable to accept returns. If you have any issues with an item please contact me via email and I will reply ASAP. All items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely, however if an item arrives damaged please contact me & include a photograph if possible.

An item I wish to buy is out of stock, will you be making more?
If an item is 'Sold Out' or 'Coming Soon' please email me to register your interest and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I request a custom order?

I am happy to take custom orders where possible so if you want a slightly altered version of a product or just have a great idea you think I could help you with please email with your enquiry and I'll get back to you ASAP.

In most cases custom orders will carry a small additonal charge due to the extra time they take to complete. However if you have a set budget to work within let me know & I will try my best to come up with a design within your price range.

How are the items packaged?
Jewellery pieces are packaged on card and placed in plastic bags. The items will then wrapped in a printed paper bag and posted in a small padded envelope.

Any delicate jewellery pieces are wrapped with extra bubble wrap where needed.
